💼 About This Role

You'll participate in a hands-on veterinary externship with emergency credentialed technicians at VEG. You'll gain exposure to triage, diagnostics, anesthesia, and inpatient care while building a strong foundation in emergency medicine. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Shadow and assist with triage and outpatient visits
• Perform diagnostics and anesthesia under mentorship
• Engage in inpatient care and emergency procedures
• Practice skills from your school's proficiency checklist

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in an AVMA-accredited veterinary tech or nursing program
• Current rabies vaccination or titer
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg (40 kg with assistance)
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
