🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, develop, and retain an incredible team through coaching and mentorship.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by leading from the front.
• Manage cafe operations including ordering, scheduling, and payroll.
• Lead the team to surpass sales and guest satisfaction targets.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail/hospitality experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience leading a team of 10+ people.
• Proven experience in hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Complete Blue Bottle Academy's Barista training within 90 days.

✨ Nice to Have

• Existing Food Safety Certification for California.
• Strong understanding of a profit and loss statement.
