You'll define and execute the product vision for risk management capabilities across payment and financial service offerings at BILL, a rapidly growing fintech company. You'll lead cross-functional teams to design and launch features that proactively address emerging fraud, credit, and compliance risks, ensuring our products set industry standards for security and reliability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision and strategy for risk management capabilities across payment and financial service lifecycles.
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing and launching features that address emerging risks and requirements.
• Analyze market, regulatory, and internal data to identify patterns and transform insights into product enhancements.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience driving fraud, credit, and compliance initiatives in payments or financial services.
• 6+ years of proven track record launching Risk controls across lifecycle onboarding, monitoring, identity, and profile management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage data and resolve ambiguity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
