You'll define and execute the product vision for risk management capabilities across payment and financial service offerings at BILL, a rapidly growing fintech company. You'll lead cross-functional teams to design and launch features that proactively address emerging fraud, credit, and compliance risks, ensuring our products set industry standards for security and reliability. This role offers the opportunity to drive key initiatives and influence organizational strategy in a dynamic regulatory landscape.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define product vision and strategy for risk management capabilities across payment and financial service lifecycles.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing and launching features that address emerging risks and requirements.
  • Analyze market, regulatory, and internal data to identify patterns and transform insights into product enhancements.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience driving fraud, credit, and compliance initiatives in payments or financial services.
  • 6+ years of proven track record launching Risk controls across lifecycle onboarding, monitoring, identity, and profile management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage data and resolve ambiguity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
