🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as on-site client point of contact during construction
• Lead bid and award phase including pre-bid meetings and addenda
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
• Conduct field observations and punch walks, documenting findings

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture
• 10+ years of experience in all project phases
• 5+ years of recent Construction Administration experience
• Licensed Architect in California and DSA K-14 project experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Revit, Blue Beam, Excel, Newforma
• Experience with DSA closeout and certification
