You'll coordinate high-volume interviews for a fast-paced AI startup, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. Your impact will drive hiring efficiency through data accuracy and process improvements. This 12-month contract offers exposure to a world-class team building AI for customer experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate phone, onsite, and video interviews with speed and efficiency.
• Leverage applicant tracking system (Ashby) to automate tasks.
• Maintain data accuracy and prepare metrics reports for recruiters.
• Manage candidate travel arrangements and process expense claims.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a scaling company.
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness, maintaining candidate confidentiality.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating schedules with C-suite leadership.
• Ability to work in-person in London office, Monday-Thursday.
