💼 About This Role

You'll lead sales strategy and build a unified sales organization following a merger of two TMS leaders. You'll drive revenue growth, go-to-market execution, and market leadership in logistics technology. This role offers a rare chance to shape a newly formed organization and scale a category-leading platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth.
  • Lead as player-coach on complex opportunities and enterprise deals.
  • Build and scale the sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and ops.
  • Define and enforce process discipline across the sales cycle.
  • Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline discipline.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership with multi-million-dollar targets.
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics tech.
  • Proven forecasting accuracy using frameworks like MEDDPICC.

  • Experience in healthcare delivery or related verticals.
  • Prior experience integrating sales teams post-acquisition.
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree.
