You'll lead sales strategy and build a unified sales organization following a merger of two TMS leaders. You'll drive revenue growth, go-to-market execution, and market leadership in logistics technology. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth.
- Lead as player-coach on complex opportunities and enterprise deals.
- Build and scale the sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and ops.
- Define and enforce process discipline across the sales cycle.
- Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline discipline.
📋 Requirements
- 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 10+ years in senior sales leadership with multi-million-dollar targets.
- 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics tech.
- Proven forecasting accuracy using frameworks like MEDDPICC.

- Prior experience integrating sales teams post-acquisition.
