You'll join Figma Weave at the intersection of generative AI and node-based workflow editing, building a platform that makes AI generation accessible through visual workflows. Your work will drive critical initiatives like the workflow editor and team collaboration features. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity with outsized impact on product direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to product strategy and decision-making
• Deliver clear storytelling around customer needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PM, engineering, and design
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a product designer
• 3+ years experience on a software product with similar scale or complexity
• Experience using node-based design tools or broader design/development tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, Origami, or advanced Figma features
• Past experience designing for developers or partnering closely on complex problems
• History of working on canvas-based interfaces or creative tools
