Description

You will lead a team of hourly associates in a vehicle inspection center, managing daily operations to meet production and quality goals. You'll oversee car movement, coach team members, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. This role is not visa eligible.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (last 3 years)
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred (inferred from role)

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars in and out of Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed production and quality goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; coach and develop associates
• Proactively communicate expectations, performance measures, and goals
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
