You'll lead growth design initiatives for a fast-scaling global SaaS platform, shaping user journeys that directly impact activation, engagement, retention, and monetization. You will partner with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams to design and test high-impact experiences using A/B testing and behavioral data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design for growth initiatives aligned with metrics.
• Design and test new features using A/B testing and behavioral data.
• Evolve the design system with innovative interaction patterns.
• Identify and remove friction points across user flows.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in Product Design with 2+ years senior/staff focused on growth.
• Expertise in UX, UI, and visual design with measurable impact on growth metrics.
• Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and data-informed design.
