💼 About This Role

You'll own the roadmap for ION, the infrastructure powering Ascend's performance and Impiricus's AI-powered HCP engagement network. You'll drive forecasting and delivery capabilities that improve network utilization and operational efficiency. This is a high-impact platform role at the fastest-growing company in North America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and manage the roadmap for ION decisioning and forecasting capabilities.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of ION initiatives with engineering and data teams.
• Define product requirements for forecasting transparency and delivery explainability.
• Lead phased rollout strategies to de-risk launches.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with technical/platform products.
• Proven track record shipping data-driven capabilities in SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Strong technical fluency with backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Experience partnering deeply with engineering and data teams on architecture decisions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with forecasting or delivery orchestration systems.
• Background in healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products.
