Description

You will help define and improve how our self-service customers purchase, upgrade, and expand on Klaviyo, balancing product strategy with hands-on execution. You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, and other teams to ship changes that make it easier for customers to buy and realize value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in billing
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to define KPIs and drive outcomes
• Passionate about leveraging AI and automation
• Exceptional communicator and collaborator across technical, design, and strategic domains

Responsibilities

• Support innovation in monetization capabilities
• Contribute to explorations of new pricing models and customer experiences
• Help validate ideas through customer interviews, data analysis, and experiments
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate requirements into tickets, acceptance criteria, and launch plans
• Assist in ensuring billing and pricing changes are accurate, compliant, and scalable
