You'll lead a team of cloud platform engineers in Romania, responsible for supporting large-scale SaaS infrastructure handling billions of annual requests. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud platform engineers.
• Oversee scalability, reliability, performance, and security of AWS infrastructure.
• Drive operational excellence via CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and observability.
• Manage cloud spending and implement FinOps strategies with finance teams.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology roles including 5+ years managing cloud infrastructure teams.
• Deep expertise in AWS ecosystem including EKS/Kubernetes, IAM, VPC, RDS.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Advanced knowledge of GitOps methodologies, ArgoCD, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Cloudflare technologies such as WAF, CDN, or edge infrastructure.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and zero-trust architectures.
