💼 About This Role

You'll join a 12-to-18-month development program for recent graduates, gaining comprehensive training and mentorship in industrial sales. You'll learn full-cycle outside sales skills, work alongside experienced Account Managers, and solve real-world customer problems with technical product solutions. This role prepares you to transition into a full-time sales position in an assigned territory with relocation provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in structured training at a sales hub
• Learn full-cycle outside sales skills
• Work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls
• Build relationships with new and existing customers

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or technical training in a related field
• Willingness to relocate for training and final placement
• Mechanical interest and aptitude
• Ability to start in Spring or Summer 2026

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field
• Coursework or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance
• Internship or co-op experience in sales/distribution or manufacturing
