💼 About This Role

You will ensure seamless client onboarding during acquisition pilots by setting up companies and onboarding hiring managers. You'll partner with Sales Account Executives and own the full account setup lifecycle. This role offers exposure to a fast-growing freelance marketplace with a diverse international team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support client operations during acquisition pilot phase
• Onboard hiring managers to use the platform
• Conduct product demos for clients
• Manage handover to long-term customer administrators

📋 Requirements

• Background in Customer Experience Management, Operations, or Account Management
• Full command of CRM tools
• Native level in French and English
• Experience in client interviews and product demos

✨ Nice to Have

• Spanish and German are a plus
• Experience in a product-driven marketplace environment
