💼 About This Role

You'll support US Space Command J6 by providing advanced video teleconferencing and AV systems support across classified DoD networks. You'll independently troubleshoot, configure, and coordinate secure VTCs ensuring continuity of operations. This role requires an active TS/SCI security clearance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide VTC/AV hardware support and troubleshooting across multiple networks.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate classified and unclassified VTCs.
• Monitor and support equipment performance during live events.
• Maintain VTC equipment inventory and apply firmware updates.

📋 Requirements

• BS degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years advanced experience engineering and installing VTC/AV systems.
• Knowledge of Crestron and AMX programming and DSP audio installation.
• Active TS/SCI and SAP clearance required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Crestron or Extron certifications.
• Python proficiency.
