Description

You will join the legal team at LA28, supporting the Games Delivery functional area, negotiating operational contracts, and drafting legal summaries. This role offers the chance to build your network and gain valuable business skills ahead of the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Requirements

• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience with contract review and drafting legal documents
• Ability to work independently on analytical tasks

Responsibilities

• Support senior legal team on business transactions including venue agreements, construction contracts, and governmental agreements
• Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents such as NDAs, MOUs, term sheets, service agreements, and real estate documents
• Draft legal memoranda, correspondence, and summaries
