Description

You will lead the roadmap for Samsara's perception stack, develop AI/ML models to understand driver behavior and reduce crash risk, and launch new safety products for a fast-growing business with over $1B in ARR.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial, technically-minded product manager with experience applying AI/ML to solve customer problems.
• Experience as a founder or early startup engineer/PM, and having led at-scale products.
• High degree of customer obsession and passion for changing the physical world.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Experience in physical operations, IoT, or safety technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the roadmap for core components of the perception stack running on millions of vehicles worldwide.
• Develop AI/ML models for understanding driver behavior and crash risk, and interventions to reduce risk.
• Conceptualize and launch new safety products to drive a fast-growing business with $1B+ ARR.
• Build relationships with customers to deeply understand their needs and inform the roadmap.
• Champion cultural principles and use AI tools to accelerate product development and decision-making.
