You'll operate at the center of a high-growth aerospace company, solving complex execution challenges and driving high-impact projects. You'll translate strategy into action, lead cross-functional initiatives, and improve how Apex operates, reporting directly to the CEO. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, trackable action plans with owners and milestones.
• Drive alignment and execution across executive and leadership teams.
• Lead 2-3 high-impact cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Identify execution breakdowns and implement practical solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in strategy, operations, or program management
• Experience in hardware, aerospace, or manufacturing
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional work to completion
• Strong operator mindset with ability to take ownership

• Experience working with executives and/or preparing board materials
• Experience in M&A or partnership negotiations
