🎯 What You'll Do

• Write accessible, responsive UI code with modern web technologies
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and backend engineers on product features
• Draft technical documentation and participate in design reviews
• Write automated end-to-end tests and review team code

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years developing complex frontend user interfaces
• Experience with React, JavaScript, Next.js, and Tailwind
• Mission-driven mindset and commitment to social impact technology
• Authorization to work in the US permanently (no visa sponsorship)
