🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct call listening sessions and review agent performance
• Document QA activities and create audit reports
• Identify issues and propose solutions to leadership
• Select contacts for call listening with Product team

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as QA Specialist or in customer service management in consumer finance
• Understanding of US Banking Regulations and fraud/disputes processing
• Working knowledge of QA tools, methods, and scoring concepts
• Pivot table proficiency in spreadsheets

• Experience with back office procedures for fraud and disputes
• Familiarity with compliance standards in fintech
