You will lead the school's academic vision, setting strategic direction and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will drive student achievement through strong instruction, high expectations, and data-informed decision-making, while also serving as a visible champion for students, families, and staff.

Requirements

• Master's degree in School Administration or related field
• 5 years of teaching experience
• 2 years of leadership experience
• NYS Teacher certification
• NYS School Building Leader certification
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must pass fingerprinting and reference check
• Legally eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Set, communicate, and uphold high academic expectations for all students, ensuring proficiency at or above grade level.
• Drive achievement of charter accountability goals, aligning strategies with measurable objectives.
• Partner with Co-CEOs and Managing Director of Academics to implement school-wide annual goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop highly qualified staff.
• Manage annual school budget alongside Co-CEO and Finance Team.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, attendance, safety, and resource management.
• Foster collaborative leadership approach, leveraging school leaders' strengths.
• Monitor professional development and support instructional needs of teachers and leaders.
• Track student progress against grade-level benchmarks and adjust instruction based on data.
• Guide leaders in implementing data-driven Response to Intervention framework.
• Promote culture of respect and excellence through open dialogue with community.
• Advance social-emotional learning in collaboration with network team.
