You'll build and scale a world-class Solutions Engineering organization, overseeing the technical customer journey from demo to onboarding. You'll set the vision for technical excellence and drive performance to deliver exceptional value to enterprise customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale a high-impact Solutions Engineering team.
• Establish onboarding and certification programs.
• Drive technical discovery and solution design for enterprise customers.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in senior technical pre-sales or solutions engineering roles.
• Experience building and scaling pre-sales or Solutions Engineering organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and Linux environments.
