You'll partner with go-to-market leaders to drive people strategies that enable teams to perform at a high level. You will translate business priorities into org design, talent management, and performance strategies in a fast-paced cybersecurity company. This role offers the chance to shape and scale HR programs in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as HRBP to GTM leaders (Sales, CS, Marketing)
• Coach frontline and second-line sales leaders on performance management
• Drive performance management processes including goal setting and calibration
• Advise on org structure and coverage models for scale and efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of HRBP experience supporting GTM or sales organizations
• Strong understanding of sales motions (SDR, AE, CS) and performance metrics
• Experience coaching sales leaders in quota-carrying environments
• Comfort using data to influence decisions and challenge leaders
