• Support management of customer complaints and regulatory demands.
• Assist in labor matters: document collection, process organization.
• Review and organize legal documents, notifications, and contracts.
• Maintain legal records, case controls, and track deadlines.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Graduação em Direito).
• Advanced Spanish or English for meetings with stakeholders.
• Experience in legal area, law firm, or in-house legal.
• Experience in customer complaints or labor issues support.
