• Manage daily operations of global Visa/Mastercard card issuing business
• Oversee post-launch card operations, activation, and workflow management
• Coordinate with banks, card networks, and service providers on partnerships
• Analyze transaction and user data to improve activation and conversion rates

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years operations experience in payments, fintech, or internet
• Experience with Visa/Mastercard card issuing operations preferred
• Familiarity with bank and card network operational processes
