💼 About This Role

You'll serve as technical lead for a small, high-impact team building a fully autonomous SEO agent. You'll shape system architecture and raise the quality bar across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive scalable systems and AI-enabled services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as technical lead for day-to-day engineering execution
• Partner with CTO to organize and prioritize engineering work
• Design and evolve core system architecture
• Set standards for code quality and maintainability

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience building production software systems
• Strong engineering judgment and architectural tradeoff comfort
• Experience owning systems end-to-end from design to maintenance
• Ability to lead through technical decision-making

✨ Nice to Have

• Staff or Senior Engineer role at high-growth company
• Background in distributed systems or complex backend platforms
• Familiarity with AI-enabled or data-intensive systems
