Requirements
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology
- Post-internship doctoral graduate
- Availability for full-time, on-site work at Virginia clinic locations
- Flexibility to work during after-school hours (afternoons on weekdays and/or weekends)
- Strong technical proficiency with EMR systems, virtual platforms, and Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–26)
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress
- Participate in weekly individual and group supervision to enhance clinical skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary specialty providers across care teams
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records
