• Manage and update daily Profit & Loss reports.
• Reconcile incoming and outgoing transactions via payment platforms.
• Prepare AIA progress billing applications.
• Update and manage financial dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in construction accounting and AIA billing.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of payment platform reconciliation (Zelle, CashApp, ACH).
• Experience with notary documentation routing and coordination.
