Description

You'll own the motion design language for Cialfo across all digital channels, creating high-quality animated assets from concept to final delivery. You'll collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring campaign ideas to life and mentor junior designers.

Requirements

• Technical mastery in motion graphics and animation
• Strong creative point of view with ability to take briefs from concept to delivery
• Experience creating animated typography, transitions, visual effects, and kinetic systems
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, content, and product design teams
• Experience mentoring junior designers and providing creative direction

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creation of high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, and events
• Develop and maintain Cialfo's motion design language ensuring brand consistency
• Produce animated explainers, promotional videos, performance ads, and social-first content
• Translate static brand assets into compelling motion narratives
• Optimize and adapt motion assets for multiple platforms and formats
