💼 About This Role

You'll support the Risk Management team by maintaining Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) rate cards and producing recurring risk and exposure reporting. You'll build and maintain Power BI dashboards, run scheduled reports, and summarize trends across products and dealerships. This hybrid role offers a chance to grow your analytical skills in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and revise VSC rate cards based on risk assessments.
• Partner with risk team to evaluate factors and update rate algorithms.
• Monitor release of approved rate card changes by effective dates.
• Compile data for recurring risk reviews by product, ARC, and dealership.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or Data Science or 4+ years experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• 1-3 years experience with self-service reporting or BI tools.
• Experience with Power BI strongly preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python or SQL.
• Knowledge of risk management or pricing concepts.
