You'll own the enterprise demand plan and forecasting process as part of the S&OP cycle, translating market signals into actionable plans. You'll serve as the primary liaison between Sales and supply chain, driving cross-functional alignment and forecast accuracy. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the enterprise demand plan using sales, marketing, and customer data.
• Lead the demand review process within the monthly S&OP cycle.
• Serve as primary Sales contact for forecast requirements and demand variability.
• Monitor forecast accuracy metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to align demand signals with supply plans.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in demand planning or S&OP in manufacturing.
• ERP proficiency required; INFOR/SyteLine preferred.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting.

✨ Nice to Have

• APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification.
• ASCM CPIM certification.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
