Description

You will design, lead, and deliver complex IT projects for clients in a fully onsite role at Lazorpoint, a growth-focused MSP. You'll consult on solutions, manage project teams, and mentor junior engineers while driving technical excellence across Microsoft platforms, cloud, virtualization, networking, and security.

Requirements

• Experience delivering projects in an MSP environment
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft platforms, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, networking, storage, backup/recovery, and security
• Ability to lead and manage complex IT projects
• Client-facing consulting and communication skills
• Onsite presence in Cleveland, Ohio

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess requirements and recommend business-aligned solutions
• Lead small project teams or serve as senior engineer in larger engagements
• Manage and deliver projects across Microsoft platforms, cloud, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, and security
• Guide and mentor junior team members
• Conduct IT environment discovery and assessments for clients
