🎯 What You'll Do

• Build new relationships with carrier partners across the country.
• Manage carrier partners identified during training to develop and procure new relationships.
• Work with Business Development team to find best solutions for clients.
• Meet KPIs including on-time deliveries, proactive tracking, and outbound calls.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, emphasis in Business or related field.
• Eager to contribute to a high-energy environment in an office setting.
• Strong work ethic and ability to get things done over phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Able to build relationships with a wide variety of people.
