You'll lead the fleet branding division at an employee-owned company, owning the entire process from customer quote to final vehicle wrap inspection. You'll be responsible for keeping the shop profitable, the team on schedule, and quality at the highest industry standard. This is a player-coach role in a stable, long-term environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end workflow from intake to billing
• Oversee printing and cutting of full-color graphics and vinyl
• Supervise and train graphics installers and designers
• Perform final quality inspections on all projects

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in large-format printing or vehicle wrap industry
• 1+ year in a supervisory role
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop)
• Deep understanding of vinyl types and installation techniques
