💼 About This Role

You'll manage domestic and international logistics for Rocket Lab, ensuring timely delivery of critical components and compliance with ITAR regulations. You'll have a direct impact on the success of rocket and satellite programs by optimizing the supply chain flow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments for timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and maintain documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements in logistics operations
• Train and support logistics staff to meet performance goals

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma and 2+ years of logistics experience
• Exposure to international shipping regulations and documentation
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and customs regulations
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or heavy manufacturing
• Active dangerous goods certification (IATA/IMDG)
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
