You will perform full-cycle recruitment for operations teams, sourcing and screening candidates, developing hiring strategies, and ensuring a great candidate experience at a fast-paced automotive retailer.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience with ATS like Greenhouse or Tenstreet
• Experience working with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate with urgency
• Comfortable with change and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via social media, Indeed, and Carvana website
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews
• Manage candidate expectations through background check process
• Develop hiring leader relationships and advise on hiring strategies
• Focus on high interview-to-offer conversion rate
