💼 About This Role

You'll represent Upgrade's Auto Finance Division and promote indirect lending programs to dealership partners. You'll develop, maintain, and grow business partnerships to drive growth and continuous improvement. This role requires residency in Oklahoma and covers parts of Arkansas, Southeast Kansas, and Southwest Missouri.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing dealer partners
• Conduct regular in-person dealership visits based on a structured drive schedule
• Drive dealer sign-ups, first deals, and re-engagement of inactive dealers
• Achieve monthly funding and application volume goals

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in indirect auto finance, auto sales, or related field
• Strong understanding of credit tiers, loan structuring, and dealership operations
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales growth
• Ability to travel locally with significant field time required

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
• Knowledge of local market conditions in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, or Missouri
