Description

You will lead large-scale BSS transformation programs in telecom, managing end-to-end delivery, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders. Your work will drive seamless integration of CRM, billing, and customer experience platforms to enable digital transformation.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years in telecom/IT with 5+ years in program management
• Proven track record delivering large-scale BSS transformation programs in telecom
• Strong understanding of OSS/BSS ecosystems and leading platforms (Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson, Oracle)
• Expertise in program management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead E2E BSS transformation programs from strategy through execution
• Define program roadmap, scope, milestones, and success criteria
• Manage interdependencies across systems and ensure seamless integration
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Act as primary contact for senior stakeholders and facilitate governance forums
