You'll oversee customer onboarding and workflow optimization for a B2B SaaS platform. You'll ensure successful time-to-value by managing implementations, training users, and driving change management. Front serves over 9,000 companies including Uber Freight and Stripe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee implementation engagements as product SME
• Develop project plans with timelines for customer onboarding
• Facilitate regular project updates to stakeholders
• Lead change management efforts for smooth transitions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Implementation or Customer Success in SaaS
• Deep knowledge of support SaaS products and services
• Proven track record of deploying high-touch implementations
• Experience managing change management for SMB to MM clients

• Comfortable giving presentations to groups of any size
• Ability to understand and speak to technical concepts like APIs and webhooks
