🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the System Testing Team of five engineers.
• Drive people development with HR team.
• Shape roadmap for system testing and SW quality.
• Align with product management and agile teams.

📋 Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in SW- or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• 3+ years testing systems with specialized HW, FW, SW.
• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Management certification.

• Strong focus on SW- and test-development in Python.
• Familiarity with Firmware and lab equipment.
