🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage publisher account relationships from onboarding to growth and retention
• Provide technical guidance on ad stack configuration and monetization strategies
• Analyze ad performance data to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues impacting ad delivery

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Customer Success or Ad Operations in AdTech
• Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Prebid.js and header bidding wrappers
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with CRM tools like Jira, Zendesk, or HubSpot
