💼 About This Role

You'll act as a key operational contact for German customers, handling inquiries across phone, chat, and email. You'll develop a deep understanding of Moss's FinTech product and solve complex customer problems. You'll collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Risk to improve processes and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing FinTech.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email
  • Develop deep understanding of FinTech product and workflows
  • Solve complex problems by identifying root causes and escalating
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Risk teams

📋 Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or completed degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or related field
  • Native-level German (C2) and strong English (min. C1)
  • Strong interest in FinTech or operational excellence
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset
