You'll translate platform data into customer-facing insights and recommendations tied to business goals. This role is hybrid in NYC with a startup culture and significant equity upside.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking AI search performance.
• Translate platform data into customer-facing insights and recommendations.
• Diagnose performance changes using prompt patterns and competitor activity.
• Design measurement frameworks and experiments with KPI definitions.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in analytics or data science.
• Strong SQL and proficiency in Python for analysis.
• Experience with messy, high-volume behavioral or product data.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and choose sensible metrics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in digital analytics or SEO.
• Familiarity with AI search/LLM platforms.
• Exposure to NLP or classification workflows.
