You will create and maintain a dynamic view of competitor sales, pricing, and incentives. You will develop and manage a portfolio of commercial offers, ensuring compliance and effectiveness while building cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience developing and managing OEM sales programs
  • Deep analytical skills and comfort creating scalable program cost forecasts
  • Experience leveraging large data sets and analytical methods for data-driven recommendations
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and technical depth
  • Track record of driving cross-functional alignment

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a dynamic view of competitor sales, pricing, mix, incentive tactics and inventory levels
  • Develop and manage an active portfolio of commercial offers, tracking effectiveness
  • Communicate programs to frontline employees and ensure understanding
  • Solicit and incorporate frontline feedback and shopping data for future offers
  • Ensure compliance of all programs from planning to execution
