💼 About This Role

You'll create seasonal aesthetic direction for Brooks footwear. You'll produce color stories and palettes through global trend research and sports performance color standards. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure crafted beauty and runner-first design appeal.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and surface consumer, design, color, material, and finish trends.
• Own application and execution of primary and secondary footwear color palettes.
• Create and present robust, impactful presentations and color tools.
• Partner with footware designers and developers on color and finish design trials.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic, color, CMF, or industrial design.
• Mastery of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and Mac OS.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field.
• Proven experience creating and leading execution of vision and strategy.

• Experience in athletic footwear market trends.
• Knowledge of sustainability goals and color palette selection.
• Mentorship experience with junior designers.
