You'll define and lead the strategy for capital equipment spares across Magic Leap's manufacturing operations, with direct impact on tool uptime and factory readiness. You'll build and scale a spares model supporting high-volume manufacturing at semiconductor standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement end-to-end strategy for equipment spares and services
• Develop spares planning, inventory optimization, and stocking strategies
• Establish and scale service models including SLAs and performance management
• Own commercial relationships and contracts for spares and service agreements

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment supply chain
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or semiconductor-related field
• Deep expertise in capital equipment spares strategy and service models
• Experience supporting wafer fab or backend semiconductor manufacturing
