Description

You will work within an Enabling Services group responsible for shared application capabilities like case management and transaction processing. Your role involves writing clear product requirements, managing inputs from multiple product teams, and ensuring end-user impact is understood. You'll collaborate with engineering and use AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years in product management with exposure to shared services or horizontal capabilities
• Understanding of application architecture, APIs, and service design
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable with data
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Provide research, analysis, and requirements within squad domain
• Write clear product requirements and refine with EM
• Manage competing inputs from multiple product teams
• Understand end-user impact of Enabling Services
• Liaise with engineering during execution
