You'll serve as a trusted technical voice, guiding customers toward clarity and alignment on end-to-end solutions. You'll partner with Account Management and Customer Success to drive renewals and product adoption. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Account Managers to drive renewals and expansion opportunities
• Build technical partnerships via product demonstrations and trials
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
• Influence product strategy by being the voice of the customer

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing Solutions Engineer experience
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and OS
• Strong project management skills in a startup environment
• Familiarity with REST API development and integrations

• Prior B2B SaaS experience
• Experience with security or compliance software
• Familiarity with AI tools
