You'll lead the Code Plane team at Sourcegraph, owning products like Batch Changes, MCP Server, and Code Monitors that help developers and AI agents take action on code at scale. You'll drive the roadmap and execution across multiple surfaces while contributing hands-on up to 50% of your time. 🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and managing distributed systems
• 3+ years engineering management experience
• Strong AI/ML product sense from real-world use
• Experience with developer tools or code intelligence platforms
