💼 About This Role

You'll lead new product introduction for electrification products at a mission-driven startup. Your work will directly impact scaling clean energy solutions from concept to customer shipment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and automation for new products.
• Maintain and update BOMs and own new SKUs.
• Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA).
• Document and release assembly and logistics process instructions.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years of NPI experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Experience with contract manufacturers in the US, Mexico, and Asia.

✨ Nice to Have

• Automation and robotics experience in manufacturing.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing certification.
• PCBA manufacturing experience.
